Elizabeth Nace, O.D., FAAO

About

Dr. Elizabeth Nace (Dr. Liz) is a co-owner of Visual Processing Optometry in Los Angeles California where she cares for patients with learning related vision disorders, visual processing disorders, and/or head and brain injury. She is also credentialed at California Rehabilitation Institute, which is affiliated with Cedars Sinai and UCLA Health Hospitals, where she sees those impacted from stroke and other head injuries.   

Originally from Harrisburg Pennsylvania, she attended undergrad at Gettysburg College and was awarded her Doctorate in Optometry by Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She continued on to complete a residency in Vision Therapy, Pediatrics, and Nero-Rehabilitation through Southern College of Optometry.  She has received her Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry and her Diplomat from the American Board of Optometry.  Currently, she is working toward her Fellowship in the College of Vision and Development and enjoys the pursuit of knowledge and growth. 

During her free-time she serves as a Clinical Director for Special Olympics of Southern California and is attempting to learn to surf.  Her passion is helping those in her life to achieve their best potential through better visual function and understanding.
